PYLA ALD

PYLA ALD is specially developed for the food industry. Its made entarely of hard plastics, even the blade. The blade is not as sharp as blades made of metal but sharp enought to cut well. There are several benefits when using plastic blades, they are more safe to use (compare blades made of ceramic), they dont conduct current and do not rust. The blades are safe to change, no wounds.
The long blade makes it possible to cut in foam, bags and plastic films. The knife is food safe and approved according to EU 11/2010. All parts are metal detectable.
The blade is not automatically retracatble and the depth can be adjusted manually.
Ergonomic and light. Blade change is easy.
Its possible to combine the knife with 3 blades; 65mm-cutting depth 20mm, 101mm-cutting depth 60mm and extra long 167 mm-cutting depth 120mm. The blades are non-segmented and 1,4 mm thick.
