The new Safety Knife JALLE MTD is specially developed for the industry of food. It´s metaldetectable to 3 mm. Blades are made of stainless steel.
The knive is specially safe, the rear blade is atomatically retractable and the front blade is concealed to avoid any risk of cutting the fingers.
Both blades are removable and exchangeable.
